Senior Unix Track Lead – Shell Scripting

About the role

HCLTech is seeking a Senior Unix Track Lead to drive Unix, shell scripting and Oracle PL/SQL initiatives across the organization. The role combines technical leadership with hands‑on development and ensures that Unix‑based solutions meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Unix, Unix shell scripting, and Oracle PL/SQL track within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on Unix, shell scripting, and Oracle PL/SQL best practices.
• Monitor track performance, identify improvement areas, and implement enhancements.
• Develop and maintain track documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and operating procedures.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members' skills in Unix and Oracle technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Unix systems and Oracle databases.
