About the role
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join a leading organisation on a six‑month digital transformation programme. The role is hybrid, based in Leeds two days a week, and will work within a growing product design team delivering investment and pension platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery for complex digital products.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers and fellow Designers.
- Shape intuitive and engaging user experiences for a broad customer base.
- Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Strong commercial experience as a Senior UX Designer.
- Expert knowledge of Figma and end‑to‑end UX design.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to confidently present and justify design decisions.
- Strong storytelling and design‑thinking capabilities.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work across multiple design disciplines.
