Senior Valuer – Residential Property

About the role

Our client, a well‑established and growing property business in Abingdon, is seeking an experienced Senior Valuer to join their dynamic team. You will generate new business through accurate property valuations, build strong relationships with vendors, and convert valuations into profitable instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and professional residential property valuations.
• Win new instructions and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide expert advice on pricing and current market conditions.
• Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to ensure successful transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within an estate agency.
• Previous experience at valuer level or exposure to property valuations.
• Strong track record of winning instructions (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 per year.
• Uncapped OTE between £42,000 and £70,000, dependent on experience.
• Commission structure tailored to individual circumstances.
