SEO Executive (Hybrid, Sheffield)

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Executive to join our fast‑growing specialist agency in Sheffield. Working hybrid (three days in‑office, two days remote), you will support the delivery of SEO campaigns for a diverse client portfolio and help shape the agency’s own website performance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, communicating performance and aligning with their objectives.
• Conduct technical and on‑page SEO audits, monitor site health and implement optimisation recommendations.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools for keyword research, content brief creation and stay abreast of emerging AI search trends.
• Track campaign performance, produce reports and provide insights to the SEO Lead for client reviews.
• Maintain and improve the agency’s internal website roadmap and SEO health.

Required profile

• Organised and able to juggle multiple client tasks simultaneously.
• Ambitious with a desire to progress into senior roles as the team expands.
• Practical, hands‑on attitude and commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
• Innovative mindset, eager to experiment with new search strategies and technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• Experience using Ahrefs, Semrush and Screaming Frog.
• Understanding of crawling, indexing and site speed optimisation.
