SEO Manager

About the role

We are looking for a curious and adaptable SEO Manager to join our AI‑enabled performance marketing agency. You will own the planning, delivery and client relationship for retained accounts, initially managing a small team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client communication, shaping narratives that connect insight, strategy and outcomes.
• Own roadmap and delivery planning across accounts, prioritising deliverables and coordinating with other channels.
• Maintain high delivery standards, proactively identifying opportunities to improve outputs and processes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as the go‑to SEO expert.
• Deliver valuable quarterly business reviews and propose performance‑driving initiatives.
• Contribute to agency growth through pitches, new product ideas and cross‑channel collaboration.
• Mentor and develop team members, improving knowledge sharing and ways of working.
