Service Advisor – Automotive Dealership (Heathrow)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a successful automotive dealership located in the Heathrow area. The role involves delivering high‑quality customer service, managing service appointments and supporting the workshop team.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the service reception desk.
• Book vehicles for service and create, raise and close job cards.
• Obtain authorisations for required work and liaise with the workshop on progress.
• Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system.
• Prepare costings, invoice customers and conduct hand‑overs.
• Identify upsell opportunities and promote additional services.

Required profile

• Previous main‑dealer experience in an automotive environment.
• Strong customer‑service and administration abilities.
• Familiarity with Kerridge software; experience with RTC and One Link is a distinct advantage.
