Service Advisor – Luxury Automotive Brand

About the role

Join a progressive and well‑respected dealer group as a Service Advisor for a prestigious luxury automotive brand. You will be the first point of contact for customers in the service reception, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers entering the service reception.
• Book vehicles for service appointments.
• Raise, manage and close job cards.
• Obtain authorisations for required work.
• Liaise with the workshop on work‑in‑progress.
• Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system.
• Prepare costing, invoicing and conduct customer handovers.
• Identify and execute up‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous main‑dealer experience in a service environment.
• Strong customer service, upselling and administration abilities.
• Familiarity with RTC, One Link and Kerridge systems is a distinct advantage.
