Service Advisor / Service Receptionist – Premium Automotive Dealer

About the role

As the first point of contact for customers at a prestigious automotive dealership, you will deliver an exceptional after‑sales experience. You will manage service bookings, keep customers informed about vehicle progress, and promote service plans and additional after‑sales products.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound service enquiries and schedule appointments.
• Provide clear, customer‑friendly updates on vehicle status.
• Explain technical information in an understandable way.
• Identify and promote service plans, upsell and cross‑sell after‑sales products.
• Maintain accurate records of service interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar after‑sales role within a franchised main dealership.
• Strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Proactive sales mindset.
• Experience with Kerridge and 1Link is advantageous but not essential.

Required skills

• Kerridge dealership management software.
• 1Link service management system.
