Service Hub 24/7 Consultant (Remote) – UK

About the role

We are looking for a Service Hub 24/7 Consultant to join our UK team on a remote basis. You will provide round‑the‑clock travel support to corporate clients, leveraging our global network and ensuring smooth, efficient journeys. The role follows a 4‑on‑4‑off shift pattern with 12‑hour shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 24/7 travel assistance to corporate clients, handling bookings, changes, and emergencies.
• Use the Amadeus GDS to search, price, and issue travel itineraries.
• Identify business needs and propose process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex travel issues.
• Maintain high standards of client service and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Travel Consultant.
• Proficiency with the Amadeus GDS and strong fare knowledge.
• Extensive knowledge of the travel industry and corporate travel requirements.
• Strong client focus, positive attitude and willingness to adapt.
• Desirable: additional language skills.
