Service Technician

About the role

Wattbike is seeking a Service Technician to assess, service and repair its high‑performance training bikes. You will be responsible for full bike breakdowns, rebuilds and ensuring every unit meets the brand’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair Wattbikes, including complete rebuilds.
• Record all work performed using spreadsheets and internal tracking systems.
• Communicate with the wider operations team via email and instant messenger.
• Maintain a clean and safe service centre by cleaning bikes, tools, work stations and surrounding areas.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver first‑time quality service.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and internal communication tools.

Required skills

• Bike repair and rebuild expertise.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
