SFE Analyst

About the role

The SFE Analyst will join a global healthcare organisation’s Commercial Excellence team, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance to drive Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives. You will use data‑driven insights and visualisations to support strategic decisions and improve commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SFE programmes including incentive compensation, sales targeting, segmentation and performance tracking.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI for sales and marketing stakeholders.
• Integrate internal and external data sources, automate data flows and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of Salesforce and Veeva CRM platforms.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial analytics experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that influence commercial strategy.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing SFE activities such as incentive compensation and sales segmentation.
