Showroom Host – Customer‑Facing Role at a Porsche Dealership

About the role

We are seeking a polished, articulate and well‑presented individual to join our Porsche dealership in Hull as a Showroom Host. Working 26 hours per week with some flexibility, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a brilliant first impression of our business.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
• Answer inbound telephone calls and route them to the correct department.
• Support customer events and promotional activities across departments.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative duties as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering an excellent customer journey in a front‑of‑house or similar role.
• Confident, approachable and able to build rapport quickly with new people.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to provide the best possible first impression.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and professional presentation.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; focus is on strong communication and customer service abilities.
