Showroom Sales Manager – Drive Bathroom Sales

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Showroom Sales Manager to lead our Bathroom Showroom in Oldham. You will be responsible for turning customers’ visions into reality while driving revenue and expanding our trade network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Own the full customer journey – greet visitors, manage enquiries from initial visit through design and quotation, and follow up with urgency.
• Provide 3‑D visualisations of bathroom designs using CAD software to help homeowners and trade clients picture their projects.
• Develop and nurture relationships between trade partners and the retail showroom, turning local contacts into long‑term advocates.
• Maintain a safe, organised, and professional showroom environment and ensure all sales contracts are accurate and compliant with safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven sales track record in a showroom or trade‑focused environment, such as Showroom Consultant, Sales Executive, Bathroom Designer, Trade Counter Supervisor or Senior Sales Advisor.
• Ambitious, results‑driven professional who thrives on hunting new leads and converting “maybe” into “yes”.
• Ready to step into a management‑level role where personal performance directly influences showroom success.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software for 3‑D bathroom design.
