Skilled Plasterer – Mobile Role in Eastleigh

About the role

We are looking for an experienced plasterer to join our social‑housing repairs and maintenance team in Eastleigh. The role offers a mobile, autonomous position with a company van, fuel card and essential tools, providing long‑term stability.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out internal plastering repairs, including skimming, patching and full wall or ceiling finishes.
• Perform damp and mould remedial works where required.
• Work safely in occupied homes, ensuring high‑quality finishes.
• Manage your own stock and materials using the provided van and fuel card.
• Use a PDA or mobile device to receive jobs and update status in real‑time.

Required profile

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent time‑served experience.
• Full UK driving licence (required to operate the company van).
• Asbestos awareness training.
• Experience in social housing or reactive maintenance.
• Own tools preferred and strong customer‑service skills.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
