Social Media Lead – Global Strategy & Content

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Lead to shape KAST’s brand voice and drive its global social presence. You will own the strategy, content production and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube and emerging platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an end‑to‑end global social strategy for all major platforms.
• Lead the short‑form video engine, producing content that builds organic awareness and user growth.
• Spot and adapt internet trends, memes and viral formats in real time to fit the brand voice.
• Develop a consistent brand tone and narrative tailored to different audience segments.
• Identify, onboard and manage a worldwide network of creators, influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Oversee community engagement, turning comment sections into high‑engagement hubs and measuring performance against KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience running social media for a consumer, tech, fintech, crypto or lifestyle brand.
• Strong understanding of X, Instagram and TikTok and what works on each platform.
• Deep knowledge of internet culture, trends and online communities.
• Ability to move quickly, experiment and take creative risks while maintaining brand integrity.
