Solution Marketing Manager - EMEA

About the role

Axis Communications is looking for a Solution Marketing Manager to join its EMEA Demand Generation team, reporting to the Manager, Demand Generation – EMEA. The role drives demand generation across Europe, Middle East and Africa, owns strategic marketing campaigns and multi-channel go-to-market execution, and works closely with the EMEA Business Development team and regional Sales and Marketing teams. It focuses on operational efficiency, business intelligence and solution acceleration, and the base is one of the EMEA offices, preferably in Luton/London (UK), Ismaning/Munich (Germany) or Paris (France).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run demand generation campaigns for operational efficiency, business intelligence and acceleration personas, together with Business Development and regional teams.
• Lead multi-channel marketing execution, combining content, events, conferences and digital tactics.
• Define value propositions for IT and security decision-makers, turning complex technical capabilities into market-ready messaging.
• Track campaign metrics, lead quality and ROI, and refine strategies based on data and market feedback.
• Act as the go-to marketing resource for the EMEA Business Development team, bridging product capabilities with market-facing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 10+ years of proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in tech, security or advanced solution environments.
• Deep understanding of the IT and security market and business intelligence/operational efficiency solutions.
• Experience driving marketing programs covering content, events, sales enablement and digital tactics.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are beneficial.
