Solutions and Implementation Manager

About the role

We're looking for a Solutions and Implementation Manager to join our Customer Experience team, managing the delivery and implementation of Micad FM, our estates management platform, for our UK customer base. We're bolstering the team ahead of a high volume of upcoming implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation, configuring Micad FM to meet specific requirements and delivering training for successful go‑live.
• Act as a technical advisor and product expert, guiding customers through complex configurations, troubleshooting issues and demonstrating ROI.
• Drive revenue growth by leading technical product discovery and demonstrations with Sales to scope additional modules, integrations and services.
• Conduct strategic Success Planning sessions with key accounts to align outcomes and ensure measurable value.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience and provide product feedback.
• Help build the implementation playbook, mentor colleagues and shape a high‑performing delivery function as the team scales.

Required profile

• Proven technical implementation experience in SaaS, PropTech or B2B software, with a track record of configuring and deploying solutions.
• Strong sales acumen and commercial awareness to articulate ROI and collaborate with sales teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Data‑driven mindset comfortable using CRM and project‑management tools to analyse customer data and drive decisions.
