Solutions Architect – EMEA

About the role

Fireblocks is a leading digital‑asset infrastructure provider serving thousands of institutional customers worldwide. As a Solutions Architect in the EMEA Professional Services team, you will own the technical delivery of implementations for the region’s largest banks and financial institutions, guiding projects from deal close through to production.

Key responsibilities

• Owning the transition from deal close to production, taking end‑to‑end accountability for the solutions delivered.
• Defining enterprise customers’ setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and documentation.
• Steering complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to production.
• Codifying reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across EMEA.
• Acting as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challenges.
• Supporting strategic pre‑sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience delivering post‑sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial‑services environments.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography or Web3 technologies, or with banks and financial institutions (one is required, both are a strong advantage).
• Software development background and a hands‑on technical mindset.
• Deep understanding of IT security and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.
