About the role

Join the launch team of The St. Regis London as a Spa Receptionist and help shape the guest experience from day one. You will be the first point of contact for spa guests, guiding them through reservations, treatments and retail offerings while embodying the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, poise and a personalised approach.
• Manage spa reservations, confirmations and guest communications.
• Advise guests on treatments and retail products, tailoring recommendations to their needs.
• Coordinate with spa therapists and hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Process payments and transactions accurately and discreetly.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of the reception and retail areas.
• Support daily spa operations, creating a calm and organised environment.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and a solution‑focused mindset.
• Uphold St. Regis brand standards, rituals and luxury service excellence.
• Promote a safe, compliant and well‑maintained working environment.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury hospitality, spa reception or guest‑facing service.
• Natural ability to deliver personalised, anticipatory guest care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished presence.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Calm and composed in high‑pressure or fast‑paced situations.
• Collaborative spirit, able to work seamlessly across departments.
