About the role
An internationally renowned provider of electronic devices is looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Associate in Newport. The position is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days at home, and is advertised as a 6-month fixed-term contract, likely to be extended into a permanent contract for the right candidate. The salary is around £26,000 depending on experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer all customer enquiries by telephone and email in a timely manner
- Handle order processing and arrange deliveries
- Provide technical support and help with troubleshooting
- Process invoices and collect payment details
- Support the team with general administration duties as needed
Required profile
- Fluent in Spanish, written and spoken (essential)
- Previous customer service or administration experience (desired)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
Required skills
- IT literate, ideally familiar with SAP
