Spanish‑Speaking Sales Support Coordinator (Hybrid) – Milton Keynes

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Sales Support Coordinator to join our client’s team in central Milton Keynes. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days working from home, and requires a good level of English alongside fluent Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, respond to emails and manage chat sessions in line with service level targets.
• Provide product, programme, compensation and business information to customers.
• Assist with order processing, enrolments and setting up new customers.
• Deliver basic technical support for back‑office systems and escalate complex issues to IT support.
• Identify, report and follow‑up on website issues, ensuring corrective action.
• Provide daily updates to management on call and email trends and alert the Compliance Coordinator to potential issues.
• Escalate unresolved problems when necessary and document all interactions according to SOPs.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish with a good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Resides within a commutable distance to Milton Keynes.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, positive demeanour.
