Special Education Consultant – Remote (Part‑time, $850‑$1,000 per task)

About the role

We are looking for a Special Education Consultant to work remotely on a part‑time basis, reviewing AI‑generated content that supports individualized education programs (IEPs) and related interventions. The role is contract‑based and compensated per completed task.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated outputs for IEP goal writing, accommodation recommendations, and behavioral intervention strategies.
• Create realistic scenarios reflecting special‑education workflows such as IEP meeting documentation and progress monitoring.
• Annotate, label, and validate data across special‑education use cases, ensuring compliance with IDEA and other regulations.
• Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy regarding federal and state special‑education law and evidence‑based interventions.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for special‑education AI.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in special education.
• Background in classroom instruction, IEP coordination, or applied behavior analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate individualized support workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Preferred credentials: BCBA, special‑education teaching licensure, or school‑psychologist certification.
