Specialist, Clients and Markets

About the role

Ryan is looking for a Specialist, Clients and Markets to support acquisition and integration activity across Europe, with a focus on data handling and systems integration. The role coordinates the collection, validation, preparation and transfer of acquired-company data into Ryan systems, including Salesforce, working with European stakeholders, acquired-company contacts and the US-based integration manager. The successful candidate will initially support an incoming European acquisition and gradually take ownership of the European integration workstream.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection from acquired companies and internal stakeholders and ensure data is transferred accurately into Salesforce and other systems
• Monitor data completeness, consistency and quality, and follow up on missing or inconsistent information
• Maintain confidentiality of commercially sensitive data and support acquisition and integration meetings by preparing information, recording decisions and documenting actions
• Maintain project trackers covering actions, owners, milestones, dependencies, risks and deadlines, and provide regular progress updates to the integration manager
• Prepare, validate and organise data before upload, and identify and escalate data-quality issues
• Take increasing ownership of the European integration process and explore uses of AI and automation to reduce repetitive manual work
• Document processes and contribute to repeatable integration procedures, and perform other acquisition, integration and data-coordination duties as assigned

Required profile

• Zero to three years of relevant professional experience, which may include internships, placements or entry-level work in data operations, project coordination, CRM administration, systems implementation, business operations or acquisition/integration support
• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail, interest in working with data, and ability to organise tasks and manage deadlines across multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to learn acquisition processes, Salesforce and internal systems on the job
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to work independently, and experience handling confidential information preferred
• Interest in process improvement, AI or automation is advantageous; previous acquisition, integration or Salesforce experience is beneficial but not essential
• Valid driver's license required; no supervisory responsibilities

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Confidence with spreadsheets and structured data
• Ability to learn Salesforce and other internal systems
• Basic understanding of CRM systems preferred
