Associate, Property Tax Operations

About the role

Ryan is looking for an Associate to join its Property Tax Operations team in Media City. Working closely with the surveying team, the role books and coordinates property inspections for existing commercial clients, manages surveyors' inspection diaries, coordinates appointments across the UK and liaises with clients and internal stakeholders so that the right documentation is available to support the surveying team. Full training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Book surveyor inspections for existing commercial clients by telephone and email.
• Manage multiple surveyors' diaries, keeping appointments organised geographically to maximise productivity and communicating details accurately.
• Collect supporting documentation from clients and maintain accurate client records.
• Gather client health and safety requirements for surveyors and update spreadsheets and internal records.
• Communicate with clients and surveyors verbally and in writing, managing expectations and answering initial queries about the inspection process and timescales.
• Build positive relationships with clients, surveyors and internal stakeholders, and support client retention matters.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 A*-C GCSEs, or equivalent.
• Previous experience building and maintaining client relationships is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Spreadsheets and internet applications.
