About the role

Pertemps Medical is seeking a qualified Specialist Nurse to carry out statutory Review Health Assessments for Looked After Children (LAC). The role is remote, allowing you to work independently while delivering trauma‑informed, high‑quality healthcare that meets statutory guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake Review Health Assessments for Looked After Children in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Ensure assessments are trauma‑informed and promote improved health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with NHS frameworks.
• Collaborate with safeguarding teams and adhere to safeguarding policies.

Required profile

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Degree‑level education or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrable experience working with Looked After Children.
• Experience conducting Review Health Assessments.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.

Required skills

• SystmOne proficiency (active smartcard required).
