Staff Restaurant Attendant

About the role

As a Staff Restaurant Attendant you will help create a welcoming and nourishing environment for colleagues by preparing and serving food to the high standards of Nobu. You will ensure the staff restaurant runs smoothly each day, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and a warm hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, present and serve food in line with Nobu’s standards.
• Set up, clean and operate the staff restaurant daily.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety and cleanliness.
• Receive, store and handle deliveries accurately.
• Monitor health & safety and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain kitchen and service equipment, reporting faults to Engineering.
• Support menu preparation and communicate allergy or dietary requirements.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Anticipate and proactively support colleagues across departments.
• Attend briefings and team meetings, sharing ideas for improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in a food service or hospitality environment, preferably in a hotel or staff restaurant.
• Strong focus on quality, efficiency and cleanliness.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine sense of hospitality.
• Ability to work well within a team and uphold company grooming standards.

Required skills

• Food safety knowledge.
• Hygiene standards compliance.
