Stock Team Member – Part‑time (Guildford)

About the role

As a Stock Team Member you will support a fast‑paced store by locating, packing and processing stock so that online orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will also step onto the sales floor when needed, providing friendly customer service. You will follow company policies and contribute to a safe, efficient store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Locate, pack and transfer stock quickly and to a high standard.
• Meet daily deadlines to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain clean, tidy and organised operational areas.
• Assist on the sales floor, delivering fast and friendly service.
• Support inventory accuracy through regular stock checks.
• Report to store Coordinators or Managers and collaborate with the team.

Required profile

• Strong communicator who remains calm and efficient during busy periods.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Flexible, supportive and willing to go the extra mile for the team and customers.
• Committed to personal development and learning.
