Store Administrator – Bond Street, London

About the role

Burberry is seeking a Store Administrator for its flagship Bond Street store in London. The role is central to the smooth and compliant operation of the store, supporting leadership with accurate banking processes, people administration, and day‑to‑day operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare points of sale for daily trading, issuing and reconciling till floats.
• Process, report and investigate daily banking activity, including PDQ reporting and liaison with cash office and external collection partners.
• Conduct daily safe checks, maintain appropriate change levels and support cashiers with end‑of‑day cashing up.
• Produce weekly reports on sales, VAT, footfall and store variance, ensuring timely submission to payroll and management.
• Manage store administration tasks such as post distribution, purchase order creation and general operational support.
• Maintain accurate employee records and coordinate with central HR for starters, leavers and contractual changes.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting regular deadlines in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Clear, professional communicator able to collaborate with store teams, HR and central functions.

Required skills
