Store Colleague - Full-Time

About the role

A full-time Store Colleague position in Edinburgh, within a fast-paced retail environment. The role delivers a positive customer experience every day, keeps the shop floor tidy and well stocked, and helps the team meet its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers confidently, give product information and support, and recommend suitable products to help achieve team sales objectives.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation, keeping fixtures, displays and stock areas clean and organised.
• Replenish stock so products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.
• Complete operational tasks such as processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements, and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Support with additional duties as reasonably required.
