Store Colleague – Part‑Time

About the role
As a Store Colleague you will be the front‑line face of the shop, delivering a welcoming experience for every customer. You’ll keep the shop floor tidy, replenish stock and support sales while working in a fast‑paced, supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, provide product information and support, and achieve team sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, ensuring fixtures, displays and stock areas are clean and organised.
- Replenish stock, process transactions, handle cash and prepare deliveries.
- Use in‑store technology and systems for customer enquiries and daily operations.
- Follow company policies, health and safety requirements and collaborate with colleagues to keep the store running smoothly.
Required profile
- Ability to adapt communication style to different people and situations.
- Positive attitude with strong engagement skills for customers and colleagues.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow company processes.
