About the role

Join a fast‑paced, fashion‑forward team as a Store & Customer Service Representative. This hybrid position lets you work both on the shop floor in Camden and online, helping customers discover and enjoy Skinnydip products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding in‑store and online customer service, ensuring memorable interactions.
• Provide knowledgeable, honest product advice tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Maintain high visual‑merchandising standards and a welcoming store environment.
• Manage stock efficiently: receive deliveries, process returns/refunds, and rotate inventory.
• Handle sales transactions accurately at the till.
• Assist customers via email and live chat, resolving queries about orders, refunds, and logistics.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest products, promotions, and brand news.
• Support the team with store cleanliness, merchandising, and daily operations.
