About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager for a premium healthcare retailer in Hemel Hempstead. The role offers a Monday‑to‑Friday, daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends, allowing you to lead a high‑performing store while enjoying a balanced work‑life routine.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve top sales and service standards.
• Maintain a customer‑centric environment, ensuring consistent interaction with shoppers.
• Make commercial decisions that optimise store performance.
• Conduct appraisals, performance reviews and drive productivity.
• Recruit, induct and train staff to enhance the sales process.
• Monitor business performance and act on under‑performing areas.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience, preferably in a health‑care or similar environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret store metrics.
• Excellent people‑management skills, capable of coaching and developing staff.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
