About the role
Lead the VPZ Whitburn store as Store Manager, driving sales, coaching the team and ensuring excellent customer experience in a fast‑growing vaping retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop team members across all aspects of their roles.
- Deliver retail sales targets and help the store exceed performance goals.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including rota management, time and attendance, store standards, stock control and cash handling.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a team, preferably in a retail setting.
- Strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a high level of service.
