About the role
Lead the VPZ Cambuslang team, drive sales and deliver excellent customer service in the UK’s largest vaping retail business. This is a full‑time, on‑site position in a fast‑growing industry, offering a clear path for career progression.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop team members in all aspects of their roles.
- Drive retail sales and ensure the store meets or exceeds targets.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including rota management, time and attendance, store standards, stock control and cash handling.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a team, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain high performance.
