Strategic Events Specialist, EMEA

About the role

As a Strategic Events Specialist for EMEA, you will own and execute Snowflake’s most visible moments across the region, delivering both Snowflake‑hosted experiences and major third‑party conference presence.

Key responsibilities

• Own workstreams for Snowflake‑hosted events such as World Tour stops, summits, developer events, executive workshops and partner experiences.
• Deliver Snowflake’s presence at major third‑party conferences, managing sponsorship deliverables, booth logistics and speaker coordination.
• Manage event budgets, track spend, handle purchase orders and invoices, and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Strategic Events, Field Marketing, Sales, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in events, field marketing or a related fast‑growth environment, preferably in technology.
• Proven ability to own event workstreams end‑to‑end, including onsite delivery and post‑event analysis.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple urgent tasks.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make independent decisions while knowing when to escalate.
