Strategy Manager – Transformation Team

About the role

Join the Transformation team of a leading multi‑academy trust to deliver the 2025–2030 strategy. You will lead high‑impact projects, turn data into clear recommendations and partner with senior leaders to shape the future of the Trust.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations and data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to improve processes, drive performance and deliver strategic priorities.
• Analyse complex information and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Travel to the head office in Birmingham and to academies as required.

Required profile

• Commercially minded problem‑solver with strong analytical skills.
• Proven track record delivering projects in complex environments.
• Confident working with data and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in strategy, consulting, transformation or organisational improvement (education experience advantageous).
