About the role

FindTutors is seeking empathetic individuals to join as Student Success Coaches. In this fully remote position you will support young learners across the UK, helping them manage academic stress, improve focus, and develop effective study habits.

Key responsibilities

• Guide students in setting and achieving personal and academic goals.
• Teach study techniques, time‑management strategies, and growth‑mindset practices.
• Motivate learners, build confidence, and foster resilience.
• Create a safe, supportive environment for students to discuss challenges and progress.

Required profile

• Strong listening and communication abilities.
• Interest in student wellbeing and personal development.
• Friendly, patient, and supportive attitude.
• No formal coaching experience required.
