Sub-Agent – Civil & Structural Works

About the role

Kier is seeking two Sub‑Agents to join its Thames Water Framework team, based in Kingston upon Thames and Twickenham. You will support the delivery of civil and structural works at Hogsmill STW or Mogden STW, working closely with the Agent and the operational delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to deliver works on programme and to specification.
• Manage site engineers and quality assurance processes, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
• Support commercial activities including cost forecasting and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Build strong relationships across teams to promote collaboration and achieve shared objectives.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification (HNC, degree, NVQ Level 3 or management qualification) and chartered with ICE or working towards chartership.
• Proven track record in managing projects with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness, excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• SMSTS and CSCS or CPCS cards, with strong attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic team player who enjoys collaborating to achieve results.
