Supervisor – Coffee Shop (Costa)

About the role

As a Supervisor you will act as the right hand to the Store Manager, leading the team to deliver the Costa brand experience at a busy motorway services site. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining standards and ensuring an exceptional customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve high brand standards and customer service levels.
• Drive profit by maximizing sales and controlling costs.
• Process stock counts, orders and manage inventory.
• Partner with the Store Manager to set and achieve team targets.
• Coach team members, provide feedback and identify training needs.
• Handle customer feedback promptly and appropriately.
• Support the team in preparing food and beverages.

Required profile

• Previous experience leading or supervising a team (highly desirable).
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in decision‑making.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
