Supply Chain & Logistics Manager – FMCG (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to join a leading FMCG organisation in Kingston. The role is hybrid, offering three days in the office and two days remote, with flexible start and finish times. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end inventory, import, warehouse and transport operations while supporting cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels across multiple warehouses and monitor ageing, shelf‑life and batch control.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to forecast demand and manage slow‑moving or obsolete inventory.
• Coordinate imports, freight bookings and customs clearance, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Negotiate freight contracts to reduce costs and achieve on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF) delivery performance.
• Develop, track and report KPIs to senior management, identifying process improvements.
• Lead a small team, set performance objectives and provide training and coaching.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics or operations within the FMCG sector.
• Strong background in stock control, inventory management and international freight.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
• Experience using ERP for inventory and data accuracy.
