Supply Chain Manager – International Inbound Operations

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to own and improve inbound service levels, inventory space planning and short‑term scheduling across its international fulfilment network. You will work with operational, retail and vendor teams to ensure product availability while driving efficiency and cost reductions.

Key responsibilities

• Own inbound service level performance and ensure timely receipt of inventory.
• Plan inventory placement and optimise storage capacity at fulfilment sites.
• Lead weekly inbound scheduling and adjust plans for demand fluctuations.
• Drive single‑product pallet compliance and improve pallet‑level efficiency.
• Increase inbound flow predictability through level‑loading and supplier schedule management.
• Analyse data to identify efficiency opportunities and refine supply‑chain models.
• Partner with Operations and Retail teams to resolve fulfilment challenges.
• Support planning and coordination of cross‑functional projects that enhance supply‑chain performance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting supply‑chain data.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, capacity and scheduling in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with operations, retail and vendor partners.
• Project planning and coordination skills for complex, multi‑team initiatives.
• Problem‑solving orientation and ability to react quickly to operational issues.
