Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will be the central hub for coordinating inbound and outbound shipping, supplier relationships, and warehouse operations across our UK and US sites. This role ensures products move efficiently from manufacturers to customers worldwide while keeping all internal and external stakeholders aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments, providing timely notice to warehouse teams for smooth receipt of goods.
• Oversee outbound logistics for B2B and direct‑to‑consumer orders, ensuring accurate and on‑time dispatch.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with freight forwarders, couriers and shipping partners, securing reliable and cost‑effective services.
• Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, export declarations and certificates of origin.
• Serve as the primary contact for delivery queries, proactively identifying and resolving fulfilment issues.
• Act as the communication hub between suppliers, warehouses, sales teams and other stakeholders, providing clear updates and reports.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Experience in coordinating international logistics and warehouse operations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of inbound and outbound shipping processes.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, export declarations, certificates of origin).
• Ability to work with freight forwarders, couriers and shipping partners.
