Supply Chain Manager – London (Hybrid)

About the role

Join a disruptive brand activator as a Supply Chain Manager, supporting the Head of Operations. You will drive automation, improve operational efficiency, and help scale the business across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 in Operations and Customer Service.
• Consolidate the UK warehouse and implement automation processes.
• Oversee end‑to‑end supply chain for four companies.
• Conduct demand planning and sales forecasting.
• Manage freight forwarders and 3PL partners.
• Supervise two international warehouses, maintaining optimal stock levels.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of S&OP meetings and handling 1,000+ SKUs.
• Willingness to work onsite for the first three months.
• Experience in Beauty, Gifting or FMCG sectors.
• Proven freight forwarder management expertise.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using SAP.
