Supply Chain Operations Planner

About the role

The Supply Chain Operations Planner will be responsible for managing master data, controlling stock levels and ensuring smooth logistics processes across our distribution network. The role requires strong attention to detail and extensive use of SAP and analytical tools.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and control SAP master data, including stock files and supplier price contracts.
• Analyse stock holdings, back‑order situations and replenish packaging, empty IBCs, barrels and pallets.
• Determine optimal stock levels for finished products, empty packages and labels, and manage reorder points.
• Oversee direct‑ship order processing, outstanding order reporting and import logistics for international loads.
• Control vendor compliance, update ISO databases, request certificates of analysis and handle non‑conformities.
• Perform monthly raw‑material and finished‑product usage analysis, cost‑impact reviews and KPI reporting.

Required profile

• Experienced data analyst with solid knowledge of supply‑chain activities.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work extra hours when needed.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at all business levels.
