Supply Chain Planner

About the role

This full‑time position is a key supporting role within the Supply Chain Department of Kerry. The planner ensures the production schedule runs at optimum efficiency, prevents disruptions, and manages stock utilisation through the SAP system while handling general administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside the Materials team to manage purchase orders for materials and consumables and reconcile invoices.
• Administer product quantities required and purchased from global suppliers in line with Kerry Group purchasing policy.
• Capture and maintain order information in SAP from order creation through to invoicing.
• Liaise daily with suppliers, operations, production, warehousing and Quality teams to achieve common production goals.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies to ensure on‑time deliveries.
• Maintain lean stock levels and working capital.
• Support regional and global procurement functions.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in a Business or Supply Chain related subject (desirable but not essential).
• Previous administrative experience in a supply‑chain, manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external contacts.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
