Supply Secondary Teacher – Bath (Part‑time/Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking qualified supply teachers to deliver secondary education in Bath schools. The position can be undertaken on a part‑time or full‑time basis during regular school hours, offering flexibility to match your availability week by week.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver curriculum content appropriate to the age and ability of pupils.
• Use assessment data to implement strategies that raise pupil achievement.
• Manage classroom behaviour and support pupils' social‑emotional development.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants (HLTAs/LSAs) and oversee their contributions in the classroom.
• Promote active participation in both academic and extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant education degree or equivalent.
• Experience of teaching in a secondary setting, in any capacity.
• Availability to work between 08:30 and 15:30 on school days during term time.
