Supply Teacher – Flexible Daily or Long‑Term Assignments

About the role
We are seeking qualified Supply Teachers (QTS or QTLS) to provide flexible, short‑term or long‑term cover across a range of partner schools in the South East England region. This role suits teachers who want to balance work with personal commitments, gain experience in different settings, or transition back into full‑time teaching.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the planned curriculum and maintain high standards of teaching in assigned classes.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a supportive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback in line with school policies.
- Collaborate with permanent staff to ensure continuity of learning.
- Adapt lesson plans quickly to suit the needs of each school.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
- Early‑career teachers, experienced teachers, or those returning after a break are welcome.
- Flexibility to work on an ad‑hoc, daily, or longer‑term basis.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality education.
