Supply Teacher – Primary (Brighton & Hove)

About the role
We are recruiting qualified primary teachers for day‑to‑day or longer‑term supply assignments across schools in Brighton & Hove and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible, on‑site teaching opportunities for educators who want to gain experience, return to the profession, or enjoy varied classroom settings.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Follow provided lesson plans or adapt them confidently when required.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and support pupil wellbeing.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and support teams.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Recent experience in a UK primary school (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2).
- Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
- Flexible, proactive and reliable approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
