Supply Teacher (Primary) – Full‑time – Cirencester

About the role
We are supporting primary schools in the Cirencester area with a full‑time supply teaching cover on a long‑term, term‑time basis. The role starts as soon as possible and runs until the end of the academic year, offering the chance to build relationships across several local schools.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lessons in line with the curriculum and maintain high standards of learning.
- Support children’s development and provide individual assistance where needed.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively using proven strategies.
Required profile
- At least five years recent experience working with children.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build resilient relationships.
- Commitment to helping children thrive and achieve quality learning outcomes.
