About the role
We are seeking supply teachers for secondary schools across Kent and Medway. The role offers day‑to‑day and short‑term assignments across all subjects, suitable for both experienced and newly qualified teachers.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lesson plans and curriculum content for a variety of secondary subjects.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different school policies, timetables and student groups.
- Record attendance, assessments and provide feedback to students.
- Collaborate with permanent staff to ensure continuity of learning.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Flexibility to work on short‑notice assignments across multiple schools.
- Willingness to travel within the South East England region.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with students and staff.
